| 摘 要： | 县级电大是“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”工作的基层电大，它时刻面对的是广大学员，有它自己的办学特色。本文结合安徽宁国市电大开放教育试点实践和开放教育试点项目研究的实际就县级电大远程开放教育若干方面进行了探讨，认为，进行现代远程开放教育，必须更新教育观念，必须构建助学支持服务系统，必须强化软件建设，必须实施动态管理。
