| 摘 要： | 独立学院新的管理机制和办学模式使党建工作面临着挑战。目前突出的难点是：新模式下党组织地位不明确;人员构成复杂导致党建工作稳定难;学生群体的特殊也为党建工作增加难度。改善和发展独立学院党建工作需采取的策略主要包括：明确定位、加强党的队伍建设、创新学生党建工作新方式。

| Abstract: | The new management mechanism and the fresh school-running mode have brought great challenges to the party construction in the independent colleges.Now,the most prominent difficulties lie in three aspects： the indeterminate orientation of the party organization,the instability resulting from the complicated composition of the stuff,and the specific characteristic of the college students.The primary strategies that we should adopt to improve the party construction will be clearing and targeting its clarification,strengthening the party organization building,and creating new method in the students’party construction. |
