| 摘 要： | 笔者在大学英语教学过程中,针对英语教学效果不理想的现状,在急需改革的背景下,专门针对如何鼓励学生树立学习英语的信心和培养学生对英语学习的兴趣,提出对策和建议。全文宗旨是探究将学生培养成应用型,交际型,创新型的英语人才,为学生在实际生活,工作中顺利应用所学习的英语知识打好基础。
