元认知理论与大学英语阅读教学

摘    要:元认知理论在大学英语阅读教学中起着重要的作用。从元认知理论的三个方面对学生进行有意识、有目的指导和训练,能够使得英语阅读教学起到事半功倍的效果,本文旨在通过对元认知理论和大学英语的研究给教师教学提供有效的指导和帮助。

Abstract:Metacognitive theory plays an important role in the teaching of English reading.From the three aspects of metacognitive theory to give the students conscious,purposeful guidance and training,can make English reading teaching play a multiplier effect,this paper aims to provide effective guidance and help for teaching through the research on metacognitive theory and college English.
