| 摘 要： | 在讨论台湾拼音政策沿革的基础上，重点分析了2008年国民党重新执政后的拼音政策，如重新使用汉语拼音；成立行政院营造国际生活环境推动小组，下设译音小组；修订中文译音使用原则，提供规范音译服务等。在乡土语言方面，则公布了《台湾客家语拼音方案》。台湾拼音政策的特点是采用双轨制拼音政策；受政党更替影响较大；重视社会服务；将汉语拼音视为国际竞争力的一部分。

| Abstract: | This paper first discusses the evolution of Taiwan Pinyin policy,and then focuses on analyzing the Pinyin policies after the KMT returned to power in 2008,such as the reuse of Hanyu Pinyin,the establishment of a group to promote and create an international environment,with transliteration sub-group to revise the usage principle of Chinese transliteration and provide standardized transliteration services.In addition,in local languages,Taiwan announced the "Taiwan Hakka language spelling program".Taiwan Pinyin policy has such characteristics as a two-track Pinyin policy,an influence by the replacement of political parties,an emphasison social services,and taking Hanyu Pinyin as part of international competitiveness. |
