| 摘 要： | 观念是知识的凝结，观念是能力的源泉。观念深埋于企业家的心灵，左右着企业家的每一次行动，影响着企业家的每一项决策。本文试图从创新、学习、人才、社会、沟通、合作、时间、破旧立新、知识经济、国际化经营十个方面，论述当代企业家必须具备这些观念，才能领导企业不断走向成功，走向辉煌。

| Abstract: | The concepts, which are in the depth of entrepreneurs' hearts, are the embodiment of knowledge and the source of abilities. They control every operation of entrepreneurs and have an effect on every decision of entrepreneurs. This thesis deals with innovation, study, qualified personnel, society, linkup, cooperation, time, destroying the old and establishing the new, intellectual economy, international and management and discusses that only when entrepreneurs of our times are imbued with these concepts can they lead enterprises from victory to victory. |
