| 摘 要： | 培养具有创新精神和创新能力的应用型人才是独立学院的重要任务。独立学院要加强对学生创新能力的培养，就必须积极探索创新教育的途径和方法，积极转变教育观念和创新意识，提升教师创新教育能力，加强校园文化建设、激发学生创造热情，改革教学方法和手段、完善实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | Cultivating applied talents with innovation spirit and ability is an important task for independent colleges. In order to strengthen the cultivation, independent colleges should actively explore the approaches and methods for innovation education, transform education beliefs and innovation awareness, improve teachers＇ innovation and education abilities, promote the construction of campus culture, arouse students＇ creative enthusiasm, change the teaching methods and means, and perfect the practical teaching system. |
