| 摘 要： | 伴随高校连续几年的扩招及后勤社会化进程的不断加快,高校学生思想政治教育和管理工作的压力越来越大。辅导员是高校政工队伍的重要组成部分,担负着对学生进行思想政治教育和学生日常管理的双重重任。辅导员工作程序化是关系到辅导员"做什么、何时做、如何做"的重大问题,也是提高辅导员工作效率,有效发挥辅导员作用的重要环节。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the continuous enrollment expansion and increasingly developed socialization of logistics in the universities,student management has been put on our agenda in a necessary position.Instructors in universities serve as an indispensable part in political work team and they are bearing dual heavy responsibilities of carrying on not only ideo-logical and political education but routine management for the students.Routinization of instructors' work is key to strength-ening and improvement in this respect,which is referred to "what to do,when to do and how to do".Meanwhile,such routi-nization is the key link for the instructors to increase their work efficiency and maximize their functions in universities. |
