| 摘 要： | 在信息时代,引入了互联网和现代通讯技术的学习方式和工作方式,与传统方式相比发生了质的变化。随着无线通讯技术的快速发展和移动电话的普及,基于手机短消息服务(SM S)的移动学习将会改变成人学习的方式,为终身学习型社会的构建起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | At the age of information, the application of internet and modern communication technology cause qualitative change in the traditional learning and working way. So this article has discussed about the construction of the M - learning based on the handset Short Manage Service. With the fast development of the wireless mobile communication technology and the popularization of the mobile phone. M - learning based on the handset short news service will be able to play an important role in the construction of the lifelong learning society. |
