| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育在经历了一定时期的发展之后，学习者的思想观念由传统教育模式向远程教育模式逐渐转变，随之，学习者学习支持服务的需求日趋多样化、个性化和效率化。而远程教育支持服务体系在新形势下更需做出一些必要的调整，以更好地迎合新的学习需求。
