我国成人教育研究的时代转向

摘    要:随着成人教育学的学科发展与成熟,我国成人教育研究开始逐渐以更加专业的姿态对本专业领域展开系统而深广的研究。我国成人教育的研究取向逐渐由"成人教育"转向"成人本体"、由"人力资本"转向"文化资本"、由"阶段发展论"转向"终身发展论"。研究方法论由移植研究转向建构研究、由思辨研究转向实证研究、由单学科研究转向跨学科研究。研究内容呈现出新趋向,具体表现为研究领域呈现更加广泛的态势、研究热点贴合社会变革发展实际、研究着眼于不断寻求本土特色。

Abstract:With the subject development and maturity of adult education,adult education research in China has begun to carry out more systematic and extensive research in education field with more professional attitude.The research orientation of adult education in China has gradually shifted from "adult education"to "adult being-self",from"human capital"to "cultural capital",and from "stage development theory"to"lifelong development theory".The research methodology of adult education in China has shifted from transplant research to constructive research,from speculative research to empirical research,and from single discipline research to interdisciplinary research.The research content of adult education in China presented some new trends,which showed more extensive situation in the research field,suited to the reality of social change and development in research focus,and focused on continuous search for local research characteristics.
