| 摘 要： | 成人学生具有不同于其他学生的学习特点及学习需求,成人教育教学中采用单一集中式学习的学习模式与成人的学习特点及学习需求存在矛盾。成人教育教学模式的改革势在必行,采用“集中式学习”与“分布式学习”相整合的学习模式(简称为:“集分式学习”模式)应成为现阶段改革的立足点和出发点。

| Abstract: | In study characteristics,the adult student is different from other students who usually use the solely central study pattern.It is necessary to reform the adult educational model using a combined study pattern of “ the central study” and “ the distribution study”(the abbreviation:“ The central-distribution study pattern”)that should be the standpoint and the starting point of this reform. |
