| 摘 要： | 中国的合唱指挥可以说是音乐艺术中一个新兴家族,发展到现在,它已经越来越体现出其强大的艺术感召力。合唱指挥艺术早已普及到群众的歌咏活动中,在社会生活中正发挥着不可估量的艺术魅力。如何培养出适应社会需要的音乐指挥人才,是当前综合类、师范类大学音乐院系改革的一个重大课题,合唱指挥应当成为教育改革中的一门重要课程。
