| 摘 要： | 导游职业继续教育是旅游产业发展中人力资源开发的重要组成部分。当前我国导游职业继续教育存在某些与导游职业特征不相适应的情况。从导游职业特征的分析出发，可以发现当前导游职业继续教育的缺陷，因而提出导游职业继续教育的办学策略很有必要。

| Abstract: | Guide's continuing professional education is the important component of the development of manpower resources in travel industry. At present guide's continuing professional education in our country does not apply to guide professional characteristics in some ways. From the analysis of guide professional characteristics, we can find the defects of guide's continuing professional educational, and put forward the tactics of guide's continuing professional education. |
