| 摘 要： | 教育过程是提升和扩展人的价值的过程,而大学英语的价值目标是促进人的发展。人类的个体差异性以及社会生活的多样性要求大学英语提供个性化的教育,给予学生更多的选择权。注重学生的个体差异性,构建具有个性特色的大学英语教育将有助于促进学生的个性发展和语言能力的提高,使大学英语教育既促进人的发展又有利于社会的发展。

| Abstract: | Education is a process of promoting personal worth,and the ultimate value of college English education is to promote human development.College English should attaches great importance on personal difference and offers students more choices because of the individual difference and the diversity of society.Being beneficial to the development of students’personality and English language competence,constructing distinctive college English education is helpful for the development of both individuals and society. |
