| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化的超常规发展,引发教育资源不足,又缺乏与之配套的保证教育质量机制,从而引发教育质量相对下降.要保证大众化高等教育质量,必须建立以市场为契机的质量保证体系和与之配套的行政监控体系;建立学分制管理模式;加快高校的个性化和多样化发展,努力提高教育质量.

| Abstract: | The shortage of education resource caused by the transnormal development of higher education, and the absence of teaching quality assurance system, are reducing the education quality. To ensure the quality of popular education, we must set up a quality assurance system based on market and corresponding administration supervising system, and adopt credit system; we must encourage the extension development of university and improve teaching quality. |
