摘    要:目前农村学校新课改可能将面临人员与物质文化的困境。专业文化引领的乏力、城乡二元体制文化的制约、支持新课改的社会背景性文化的缺失等可能是其重要原因。我们应该采取相应对策着力加以解决,并且这也是可以解决的。

Abstract:The new curriculum-reform of rural schools will face the predicament of personnel and material and culture at present.Lack of specialist-culture-conduct,restriction of city and countryside dual-system-culture,absence of background culture that supports the new curriculum-reform,etc.May be the important reasons.We can adopt some corresponding countermeasures such as strengthen specialized culture to lead and conduct,unify the educational development in urban and rural areas and strengthen the construction of supporting the system of rural social curriculum-reform-culture.
