| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of the conceptions of morality and law, their different effects and characteristics in the society administration, and their dialectical relations were discussed. The necessity and essentiality of administration with both morality and law were demonstrated. It puts forward the concepts that the university teachers' moral construction should be strengthened and improved from the follow aspects which are perfecting evaluation systems for rules, forming the corresponding debate atmosphere and leader firstly taking action as fine example and so on. |
