| Abstract: | This article is, under the global political and cultural background of the new century, presenling the analysis of
the current problems existing in the journals of universities in China, and put forward the ideas for the development of the
journals of universities in the 21 century. That is to say, we should set up the entirely new ideas of the journal running, ad--
vance with each passing day, further the structural reform in administration of universities, give priority to personnel and estab--
lish the editor ranks full of competitive vigor and higher qualities. |
