| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化程度的深入,独立学院在校生规模也不断扩大,随之而来的独立学院大学生就业问题也越来越被社会所关注.分析独立学院大学生就业工作中存在的问题,通过创立品牌特色、提高学生综合素质、加强就业指导、拓宽就业渠道、实行校企合作等途径来改善和促进独立学院的大学生就业工作.

| Abstract: | With the development of independent colleges,the employment issue of graduates of independent colleges has become more and more concerned by the social public.Through analyzing the problems in career guidance in the independent colleges,the paper shows that in order to improve the graduate employment,the colleges should create brand characteristics,improve overall quality of students,strengthen employment guidance,expand the channel of employment,enhance the cooperation between the school and company,etc. |
