| 摘 要： | 电大系统，从中央、省、地市、县一直延伸到农村，其中地市级电大作为联系上下，服务学生的中心实施机构着积极而重要的作用。它是中央和省级电大领导指挥下直接地、能够独立、主动工作的教育实体。它是现代远程教育的重要支柱，也是实现终身教育和继续教育的有力保证。

| Abstract: | The TVU system stretches from the nation,province,municipality and prefecture,through county to town,of which the municipal and prefecture TVUs,as links between the higher level TVUs and the lower level TVUs and executive institutions,play an important role.They are educational entities able to independently and actively work under the leadership of the central TV university and provincial TV university.So they are the pillars of modern distance education and also the reliable guarantee for the realization of life and continued education. |
