| 摘 要： | 校长在教师专业发展中扮演着思想者、教育者、管理者和服务者的角色.校长领导力通过共同价值观和三种模式对教师专业发展发挥作用.教师专业发展的物质保障因素、精神保障因素和管理服务保障因素影响着校长领导力的发挥程度.提供充足的物质资源、增强教师的精神动力以及提高管理服务质量可以促进校长领导力对教师专业发展作用的发挥.
