| 摘 要： | 以《大学生体育自主学习量表》为依据,对张家口地区大学生体育课自主学习现状进行调查分析,发现张家口大学生体育课自主学习动机整体较差,缺乏自我监控和自主学习的能力。此外,多数学生希望能学习自己喜欢的体育项目。为培养学生体育课自主学习能力提出教改建议:重视学生自主学习观念的转变,激发学习动机;创设宽松、和谐、民主的学习环境;为学生创设自主学习发展的空间;转变教师角色,体现学生主体性。

| Abstract: | Based on College Sports Autonomous Learning Scale,the paper makes a survey and analysis of college students’independent learning in P.E.class in Zhangjiakou Region,finding that the students’self-motivation of independent learning is generally poor and they lack the ability of self-monitoring and self-directed learning.Most students want to have more time to participate in their favorite sports.The paper offers some suggestions,such as emphasizing the change of the concept of the students’independent learning and stimulating their learning motivation;creating a comfortable,harmonious,democratic learning environment;establishing space for their development;and changing the teachers’roles and showing the students’subjectivity. |
