| 摘 要： | 口语网考结构元素的本质属性及其交互作用决定着口语网考效果。大学英语口语网考的分值反映出网考效果还存在不足。相对于传统面试,口语网考在效度、客观性等方面的优势明显,但在信度、适应性、主观性等层面存在差距。只有不断改进、完善考试系统及其配套的硬件设备,加强试题库建设,使考试内容与教学相适应,加强网考实践和考生心理辅导,制定有效的口语网考策略,才能完善口语网考的功能,真正达到科学客观的测评效果。

| Abstract: | The effect of web-based College Spoken English Test is determined by the essential attributes of the structural elements in such test and their inner relations.The testing scores indicate that there exist insufficiencies.Compared with the traditional oral English test,the web-based spoken English test has an obvious advantage on validity and objectivity,but also has the disadvantages on credibility,adaptability,and subjectivity.The approach to improving the testing functions to achieve scientific and objective effects comprises the following steps:(a) continuously improving the testing system and its supporting hardware facilities;(b) strengthening the construction of item pool;(c) ensuring face validity by testing on what is taught;(d) intensifying the use of web-based spoken English test;(e) providing psychological counseling to test takers;and(f) developing effective testing strategies. |
