| Abstract: | The practice of network education and the improvement of teachers in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of modem network education and its advantages＇ as well as Quantitative research of the differences between network education and normal education, this paper recommends to take advantage of network advantages and furthermore improve the overalls functional traits of teachers in college and university. |
