| 摘 要： | 数字时代西部中小型图书馆的信息服务面临来自新的信息环境及读者日益多元化的信息需求等方面的挑战.走出困境的发展思路和具体措施主要是:重视转型期的自动化,网络化和数字化建设,以及创新人力资源建设;更新观念,深层开发信息资源,拓展信息服务领域;多角度全方位做好参考咨询工作;实行一体化管理、实行数字环境下的信息资源共享等.

| Abstract: | The information service development of Middle-sized and Small Libraries in west region meets a lot of challenges from the new information environment and the needs of readers for plural information. To walk out the predicament,we will take exact thinking and measures: mainly lay emphasis on the construction of automation,network ,digit and the bringing forth of new ideas for human resources in this transition period; renew concept,cultivate further information resources and develop the fields of information service; carry on well the all-round tasks of reference and consultation; practise management on an organic whole and share the resources of information under the digital environment. |
