| 摘 要： | 在实验室管理体制的改革探索过程中,建立具有多功能技术平台的中心实验室,是当前高校研究型实验室改进管理弊端的必由之路.文章以成都医学院院级实验室-科研实验中心为例,详细介绍了该中心"开放、共享"的特点,以及"共建、共管、共用"的人性化管理模式.
