| 摘 要： | 重庆市的非物质文化遗产保护工作是走在全国各省市前列的。但稍嫌不足的是缺少一部专门性的法规来指导非物质文化遗产的保护活动。我们参照兄弟省份的立法例，结合重庆实际，起草了本条例的学者建议稿。
