| 摘 要： | 图书馆人性化服务是整个图书馆界不断追求的发展方向。笔者阐述了图书馆人文精神的内涵,讨论了人文视角下读者所应拥有的权力,并就如何培养和重塑人文精神提出了一些有益的建议。
