| 摘 要： | 教育部于2001年7月出台了义务教育新地理课程标准，本分析了目前中学地理教师对新课程教学要求不适应的状况，提出了面向新课程的地理教师应具备的知识结构及其提高教育素质的4点对策。

| Abstract: | The standard of the new geography curriculum for compulsory education was made public in July, 2001. This paper analyses the present failure of middle school geography teachers' adapting to the new requirement, puts forward their necessary knowledge structure and four corresponding reeducative policies to improve their quality. |
