| Abstract: | The paper analyses the meaning of human-based management through discussing both ＂library people＂ and the relations between people and library, librarians and readers, librarians, library management and society. It puts forward that the reader-based and librarian-based management are the two main aspects in applying the human-based management in college libraries. |
