混合学习的本质探析

摘    要:混合学习是在对数字化学习反思基础上建立起来的,一种注重发挥传统教学和数字化学习优势的学习与教学方式。文章从人、技术、环境和方法四个维度分析了混合学习的本质。混合学习成功实施的关键在于关注这四个维度要素的融合,服务于人的发展和认知、技能、情感学习的需要。

Abstract:Blended learning is a kind of learning and teaching approach based on the reflection on the e -learning. Blended learning focuses on the conbination of both traditional instruction and e - learning, which can make full use of the advantages of both methods. The essence of blended learning will be analyzed from the four directions such as human, technology, environment and method. The key to successful implementation of blended learning is to concern about the blending of four directional elements and to service in human development and cognition, emotion and learning skills.
