摘    要:随着教育改革的逐步深入,从"双基"到"三维目标"再到"核心素养",教育正从知识本位向人本位逐渐迁移,时代的变迁对中小学教师提出了更高的要求。但是,现阶段我国的中小学教师继续教育仍然存在许多不足和问题,笔者认为,要使中小学教师继续教育真正发挥实效,必须增大教师继续教育资金的投入,邀请一线教学经验丰富的名师担任讲师,变更培训时间,构建继续教育评价机制,从而让中小学教师继续教育健康、科学、有序地开展。

Abstract:Along with the education reform gradually thorough,from the"double-base"to the"three dimensional goal"to"core literacy",education is gradually migrate from the knowledge standard to the standard,the changes of the era of primary and secondary school teachers put forward higher request.Continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in our country at present stage,however,there are still many deficiencies and problems,the author thinks that,give full play to make the primary and secondary school teachers'continuing education actual effect,must increase the teachers'continuing education fund input,invite a line teaching experienced teacher lecturer,change the training time,build to continue education evaluation mechanism,so that the primary and secondary school teachers healthy,scientific and orderly development of continuing education.
