| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题备受社会关注,占大学毕业生多数的应用型本科高校毕业生就业流动问题更是值得关注。文章基于文化资本理论,对重庆市A学院2019届学前教育专业毕业生调查,发现影响学前教育专业毕业生就业流动的因素,提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | The employment of college students is concerned by the society,and the employment flow of the graduates of application-oriented institutions,which accounts for the majority of college graduates,deserves more attention.Based on the cultural capita l theory,this paper,having surveyed graduates of Chongqing,finds out the factors that affect the employment flow of graduates of preschool education,and puts forward some suggestions. |
