| Abstract: | The exploitation and management of human resources is of great significance to the sustainable development of the libraries of the newly upgraded undergraduate academies. Based on the analysis of the present situations regarding the exploitation and management of library human resources, the present thesis investigates the methods to strengthen the exploitation and management of library human resources from the perspectives of absorb- ing talents and establishing incentive system. |
