摘    要:人力资源的开发与管理对新升本高校图书馆的可持续发展有重要意义。本文基于对图书馆人力资源开发管理现状的分析,从引进人才、建立激励机制等方面入手探讨了加强图书馆人力资源开发、管理的举措。

Abstract:The exploitation and management of human resources is of great significance to the sustainable development of the libraries of the newly upgraded undergraduate academies. Based on the analysis of the present situations regarding the exploitation and management of library human resources, the present thesis investigates the methods to strengthen the exploitation and management of library human resources from the perspectives of absorb- ing talents and establishing incentive system.
