| 摘 要： | 科学技术日新月异的发展，为新世纪插上了了腾飞的翅膀，知识经济正在影响着社会的各个领域。一个人要适应现代社会的发展，仅有学历教育是远远不够，必须依据社会的发展和自身的可能，不断接受新的教育，成人教育正是在这个坚实基础上蓬勃发展起来的。
