| Abstract: | The educational quality of the 21st century has 4 factors:the synthesization of the scientific groups,the characterization of the direction of the research,the modernization of the educational management and the internationalization of the educational quality.The purpose of this paper lies in the interpretation of these 4 factors and the exploration of the estimation of the quality of the colleges of different types based on these 4 factors. |
