| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育通过“共建、调整、合作、合并”等多种形式的体制改革，正在向大众化阶段迈进。当前，认识高等教育管理的艘益化，从高等教育发展的本质、发展的规模化及我国人才强国战略的角度．探讨其必要性，并从高等教育改革经验、管理队伍、大学生就业等关节点上进行艘益化改革，是发展大众化时期高等教育的重要任务。

| Abstract: | Higher Education in our country is stepping into the stage of popularization by the structural reforms of construction, regulation, cooperation, collaboration" . In new era, there are important tasks for developing higher education in the stage of popularization. For example, understanding the benefit of higher education management; examining its necessity from the aspects of the nature of higher education, the scale of development and the strategy to strengthen our country by intelligence; reforming beneficially at the point of the reform experience of higher education, management team and graduates -job - hunting. |
