| 摘 要： | 新时期图书馆员应具备高尚的职业道德，良好的文化素质，过硬的业务素质，良好的心理素质。现代社会要求图书馆员必须具有业务技能和综合素质，热爱图书馆业，热爱本职工作，有奉献精神；馆员知识结构要由单一趋向多元，要有丰富的工作经验，有熟练的工作技能和方法。

| Abstract: | Modem society requires that librarians must have professional technology and synthetical quality. This paper mainly discussed librarian＇s professional ethics and artistic appreciation, librarians should love their career, love their job, and follow a peaceful foreign policy, their knowledge structure should be developed from single to muhipolar, and rich work experienee, skilled technology and methods, they should devote themselves to prosperous development of the library enterprise. |
