| 摘 要： | “十八大”是中国共产党在我国进入全面建设小康社会关键时期和深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期所召开的一次十分重要会议,制定了以党建带动其他各类建设的措施.文章分析当前高校党建工作存在的问题,主张通过创新高校党建工作水平和提高大学生党员质量来促进高校党建工作的有序发展.

| Abstract: | -18th CPC National Congress, an all-important conference, was held in a critical period for China in building a well--off society in an all-round way and a critical stage of deepening reform and opening--up and accelerating change in the pattern of economic development as well. The congress report has put forward that various types of construction can be promoted by party construction. This paper has a profound understanding of the importance of party construction in universities under the new circumstances and analyzes the problems existing in party construction in universities. To promote party construction in universities, the paper proposes such measures as innovation and improving the quality of collegian party members. |
