| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会命题的提出，体现了我党对社会主义本质认识的深化和发展，同时也对西部民族地区教育的发展提出了新的挑战和要求。民族地区教育必须坚持为少数民族和民族地区服务的发展思路，加大对民族地区教育发展的扶持力度，完善推动民族地区教育发展的政策和措施，才能为构建和谐社会奠定良好的教育基础。

| Abstract: | Construction of socialist harmonious society has manifested our party'further understanding and development to the socialist essence and simultaneously also proposed the new challenge and the request to the west multi-national area education development.The multi-national area education must serve the development for the national minority and the multi-national area,enlarge support to the multi-national area education development,better the policies and measures of multi-national area education development and lay a good education foundation for the construction of harmonious society. |
