| 摘 要： | 目前，我国的教育改革与发展，已进入到前所未有的攻坚阶段，《国家教育中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010年-2020年）》已颁布实施，学校担负着教育发展的重任，学校能否发挥应有的作用，很大程度上取决于学校的管理理念和管理方略。
