| 摘 要： | 对健商的概念、内涵及高校体育教学在培养学生健商作用方面进行了论述,对学生健商的培养途径和方法进行了初步探讨,它们包括：改变传统观念、树立＂健康第一＂的思想;选择合适的体育教材;选用丰富的教学方法与手段;提高教师自身的素质.
