| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展是当前教育改革的重要议题。地方性高校教师作为教师群体的一个重要组成部分，他们的专业发展有其特殊性。从高校教师的角色与教师专业属性来分析地方性高校教师专业发展的内涵、阶段及特点，旨在通过对高校教师专业发展的理论探讨，探索地方性高校教师专业发展之路。
