高校教师管理误区解析

摘    要:高校教师是高校生存发展的人才保障。对教师进行有效管理是高校管理的重点。目前,部分高校在教师管理上忽视了教师的素质特点、工作特点,走入了教师管理的误区,导致了教师的不满与逆反、管理者的困惑与无奈。本文试就高校存在的教师管理误区现象,剖析其原因,并进行思考和分析。

Abstract:The teachers in universities are the talent guarantee of the development of universities. The key of universities management is effective management of teachers. However, some universities neglect the diathesis character and profession character of the teachers,which leads to the management mistakes that cause the teachers' dissatisfaction and resistance and managers' bewilderment. The paper tries to analyze these phenomena and finds the reasons for them to arouse resonance.
