| 摘 要： | 在知识视角下高等教育培养人才可分为三种类型，本文通过建立数学模型分析和比较这三种人才的竞争优势，从大到小的顺序是创新型人才、学习型人才、知识型人才，而且随着时间的推移，三者间竞争优势的差距越来越大。并提出高校应把学习型人才作为最低培养目标，而把创新型人才作为最高培养目标。
