摘    要:高校教师合理流动是社会发展的必然要求。通过对人力资本产权及其特征分析,本文认为高校教师作为其自身人力资本产权的主体之一,有合理配置其自身资源的权利;但高校教师在行使配置和流动的权利时,不得损害高校、学生、其他教师等主体的利益,这是人力资本产权内涵应有之义。

Abstract:By analyzing the characters of human capital,we could know that teachers in higher school themselves should have the right to allocate it.Specialty,self-working,unlinking teamwork,the diversity of the job,they're the characters of the teaching job.Also we could know they have the tendency of flow.But teachers mustn't do harm to the school,students and other teachers.It's one of the implications of human capital.
