| 摘 要： | 教育是中华民族振兴的希望,是国家快速发展的智力保障,发展远程网络教育,建设一个全民学习型社会,多媒体网络是基础,精品课程是关键。文章对以多媒体网络为基础的精品课程项目建设的指导思想、目标、内涵实质和重要意义等进行了系统论述。
