人本主义教育理念与我国成人教育价值取向

摘    要:西方人本主义教育思想和成人教育理念有许多共同点,对我国成人教育价值取向有着重要影响。具体来说,我国成人教育办学要引入市场机制,成人教育的对象要突出"社会成人",成人教育办学重心和价值取向要面向农村、社区和企业,以此构建起我国成人教育的新型价值体系,推动我国教育的均衡发展。

Abstract:Concepts, shared in Western humanism education and adult education, are influential to the value orientation of China's development of continuing education. To balance the advance of China's education, specifically, an innovative value system should be constructed by introducing market mechanism, targeting community-based adults, and serving the educationin enterprises, urban and rural communities.
