高校实践教学工作的逻辑机制探究

摘    要:实践教学是高校教学的基本模式,是培养思维创新型、应用技能型、高素质优秀人才的重要途径。科学构建高校实践教学工作机制,促进高校实践教学体系持续运行,需要从政策引导、动员激励和细化准备方面建立动力发生机制,从组织规范、统筹协作和条件保障方面健全协调运行机制,从标准确定、质量视导、安全预警方面构筑质量监控机制,从学生、教师和学校方面完善绩效测评机制。这些机制相互配合、相得益彰,共同构成系统化、规范化和秩序化的综合性逻辑机制,积极推动高校实践教学工作有效开展。

Abstract:Practical teaching is the basic mode of teaching in universities and is an important channel to cultivate innovative, applied and high-quality talents. To build a comprehensive mechanism of practical teaching and promote the continuous operation of the practical teaching system in universities, we need to establish a power generation mechanism from the aspects of policy guidance, mobilization and incentive, and meticulous preparation, improve the coordinated operation mechanism from the aspects of organizational norms, overall coordination and condition guarantee, build a quality monitoring mechanism from the aspects of standard determination, quality guidance, and safety early warning, and improve the performance evaluation mechanism from the aspects of students and teachers and schools. These mechanisms cooperate and complement with each other to form a scientific, systematic, standardized and logical mechanism and actively promote the development of practical teaching in universities
